Scarlett was murdered 11 years ago in Goa
I was given a lot of conflicting information telling me various people were responsible. The people in power at the time tried to cover the murder up by initially denying it happend then by blaming Scarlett and me.
The same people no longer have that power in Goa and I'm hoping people are no longer afraid of them.
I know some one out there has some information .
The police investigation was taken over by the cbi but not investigated further. Because of the lack of investigation I have no faith in a true outcome.
I feel that this is the only way to get answers.
