Money raised will be used to support the staff health and wellbeing incentive that was first brought about, approximately 14 months ago. The trust has been running activities and well being days for staff as a way of breaking down experiences from covid and building up team morale. Working in such an environment has been quite mentally challenging over the previous 2 years and these sessions have been solely focused on boosting staff spirits, trying new experiences with colleagues, family and friends, and reduce the stress and sickness that challenging times have impacted upon, and ultimately the community that we serve. These events and activities have generated significant positive feedback and the impact on staff has been most uplifting
