Story
We are a small gym in the village of cwmafan. We need help to get more and new equipment as you know it's not cheap. The local community come and use the gym as it's right on there door step and with are cheap membership deals. With some of the equipment it's getting old and starting to break down so with this I'm worried that people will leave.

I served 16 years in the army and thought it was time for a change. Settling down with my family has been hard and at times still is, I have put a lot of time into the gym to turn it around which it has done but there is always something that gets in the way.
