Women who experience relationship crisis/problems at home normally suffer in silence. I find this totally unacceptable. I always believe that there must be someone out there I can connect with and just to be there with me, no need to say a word but to listen. How powerful this tool is for the recipients to know that someone cares and someone appreciates how we are going through. The setting up of a self help group will use the concept of a virtual coffee break to connect people with similar experience and to help restore energy and to create engagement.
