Our friend Sarah has been caring for a 'dumped' horse for the last five years. Floss (the black cob in the pic) is a lovely pony who belonged to an elderly farmer who could no longer care for her. Sarah has selflessly been managing her food and water supply, medical care and took care of her all these years, despite the travel distance and efforts involved. Now Floss has an intestine issue needing investigation.

UPDATE-
vets are further investigating a mass in her belly - and are doing blood tests. Sarah may not put her through surgery however there's still a need for funds to pay for the vet fees.

floss is doing a bit better - she's on antibiotics and Bute and is eating. she's getting harder to catch - which is good news! Sarah is taking it day by day and your contributions should cover vet bills to now. thank you!
