I've raised £3000 to Flourish & Succeed Charity Challenge BEN NEVIS 2019.

Flourish & Succeed CIC has been developed by Michael ‘Tosh’ Fielding (MBE) and it is to support the Knowsley and Liverpool community to help them reach their goals through positive mindset health and fitness. Flourish & Succeed helps people grow in confidence, working on actions that will lead to goals through positive mind, physical fitness, mindfulness and most important personal development. The buffalo mindset courses were set up along side this for all the same reason. It is important that you never feel alone and always have a place to go and people to speak to in confidence. The Flourish & succeed class 100 % achieves this and the relationships being built within the class are amazing. We are all there to support each other and make sure everyone reaches their end goal.
We will be climbing Ben Nevis for 2 different charities this year and a donation will be made to each of them. They are Owen Mcveigh Foundation and Zoe's Place. These are 2 local charities close to our hearts.
We are currently training for the climb & will post updates on our travels!
Thank you all from the ladies at Flourish & Succeed xxx
