Friends of Glasgow's Local Nature Reserves are looking for donations to fund enhancements to the habitats for wildlife within the Hogganfield Loch Local Nature Reserve.

We are hoping to improve different habitats on the island in the loch:

- clearing invasive plants from the shoreline to make suitable nesting habitats

- purchase and install batboxes on the island

- establish a reed bed on the south of the island

- installation of an osprey nesting platform

- construct and install willow platforms to provide nesting habitats for waterfowl

Any money raised will go towards these and other projects to improve the Hogganfield Loch Local Nature Reserve for wildlife.
