Story
Hardy's Heroes take on the Chippenham Half Marathon...again!
On Sunday 9th September, the Friends of Hardenhuish School have again put together a team made up of 'Hardy the Stag', parents, staff and others, to run the Chippenham Half Marathon.
Last year, thanks to everyone's generous support, we raised our target of £1000 to fund the hire of the Air Dome for winter PE lessons. This year we have set our sights even higher and would like to raise a target of £2000 to fund a new outside eating area for the pupils to enjoy at break and lunchtimes.
There are a team of 12 runners, who are...
Mr Cobbold, Mr Harvey, Mr Hulm, Mrs Leafe, Miss Lowther, Mr Natrass and Mr Woollin from the staff, Colin Smith and John Chapman (Friends of Hardenhuish) and supporters of the school, Jane Hulm and Nathan Lumber.
We now need to make their endeavours a success. Please show your support for the team by sponsoring them. All sponsorship, however large or small, is gratefully received and will make a positive difference to your children's school experience.
We would like to thank Sporting Gifts of Bumpers Farm Enterprise Centre for their kind support of the team.
If you are around Chippenham on Sunday the 9th, please get down to the Half Marathon course and cheer on the team.
Thank you for your support.

Anyone who has a connection with Hardenhuish School can be a 'Friend' of the school. We're an informal bunch who help to raise money for the young people at the school for things outside the curriculum but enriches their experience at the school.
