Our committee met on 23rd May and resolved to offer support to our players, management, staff and board over the doctored video that attempted to pour sectarian scorn on Rangers FC.

The Club very professionally waited until Police Scotland had completed its review before commenting. We are delighted that they are taking legal council and as a gesture of support we would like to bear some of the costs that will be incurred.

We therefore launch a crowd funding exercise the proceeds of which will be passed to Rangers FC to help fund robust action on those who sought to sully the reputation of our people.

The committee have contributed £55 to kick off the fund.

This is not solely a fundraising exercise - we want to show everyone just how united Rangers supporters are behind those who represent us at Ibrox.

Should the offer of financial support be declined by Rangers all monies accrued will be donated to Rangers Charity Foundation.
