We have reached the Social Action stage of our NCS experience. Over the next couple of weeks, our aim is to make a positive impact on our local community. We have decided to create a mosaic of handprints with the students at a local primary school. This not only allows the children to be creative and make memories, but will brighten up their everyday learning environment for many years to come.

All donations will go towards purchasing tiles, paint and other resources for the project. Although a simple idea, as a group of 16 year olds, we vividly remember taking part in an activity similar to this, over 10 years ago. We would like to offer this opportunity to these children, so that in the future, they can reminisce on their time in primary school.

To raise money we are doing multiple events including a car wash and bag packing at Tesco Extra Lichfield on the 13th July.
