I've raised £60000 to Support the International Food Addiction Consensus project

Research shows that Food Addiction affects up to 20% of adults and has a significant impact on their mental and physical health. Clinical experience suggests this is severely underestimated. The misery from this disease also affects more and more children.
Our International Food Addiction Consensus project will demonstrate the consensus amongst international academics, researchers and clinicians, and forms part of the strategy for getting food addiction recognised by the World Health Organisation as a disease so treatment standards can be developed. The consensus reached will be presented at a conference at the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) in London on May 17th 2024.
