Research shows that Food Addiction affects up to 20% of adults and has a significant impact on their mental and physical health. Clinical experience suggests this is severely underestimated. The misery from this disease also affects more and more children.

Our International Food Addiction Consensus work demonstrates the consensus amongst international academics, researchers and clinicians about this condition, and forms part of the strategy for getting food addiction recognised by the World Health Organisation as a disease so treatment standards can be developed. The consensus was launched at our IFACC 24 conference https://heyzine.com/flip-book/a00ee3aa6c.html and will supported by a special issue of Frontiers in Psychiatry. IFACC 25 will be in Mexico City in Sept https://the-chc.org/fas/conference

Your donation goes to funding the conference, open access academic papers and research into Ultra-Processed Food Addiction.

Thank you to Brightline Eating for the graphic!
