Story

On April 6th 2018 Claire went to wake her 20 month old son Harry from his afternoon nap. When she entered his room she discovered Harry unresponsive and despite every effort from Claire, two ambulance crews, and a specialist team at the Royal Surrey County Hospital Harry did not regain consciousness and died.

No one expects their child to go for a nap and not wake up. The family, including 3yr old Brooke who was with Claire when it all happened, are understandably broken and devastated.

At this time of extreme grief, when they need to take some time to deal with their loss, both Claire and Lee are instead worrying about getting through the next few weeks financially and how to pay the costs associated with giving Harry the funeral he deserves. Both being self employed there is very limited support from the government, as they do not have employers to support them at this time. Therefore I have started this page as a way of trying to raise some money to support them at this most dreadful time in loving memory of a very special little boy. The cheekiest little monkey who truly loved life and lived it fiercly.

Any funds raised will go towards the funeral costs or to give the family some time to grieve without money worries.
