There is no easy way to say this.

Beautiful baby Otto has recently been diagnosed with Krabbe Leukodystrophy, a devastating and extremely rare condition that affects around 1 in 100,000 babies.

Krabbe Leukodystrophy means Otto’s body cannot produce the enzymes needed to break down certain fats surrounding the brain and nervous system. Over time, this causes severe damage and leads to the loss of motor skills, sight, hearing, and the ability to feed independently. Tragically, Otto’s life expectancy is heartbreakingly short.

His family are now facing every parent’s worst nightmare.

Instead of planning years ahead, they are being forced to focus on making every remaining day as special, comfortable, and full of love as possible.

We are raising money to support Otto and his family during this unimaginable time. Donations will help towards:

• Medical expenses and specialist care

• Travel costs for hospital visits and treatments

• Day-to-day financial support for the family

• Creating lasting memories and experiences with Otto

• Comfort items, family trips, photos, and precious moments together
