Story

Mine and Fins part in this is simple, we just want to help however we can and I generally feel the best way to do so is to suffer, so you lot can donate :) so myself and Fin will run 4 miles every 4 hrs for 52hrs .... in terms of the reasoning....

Archies sister, Louisa's words :(

Some of you will already know this, but he’s asked me to make a post for those of you who don’t.
Last week, my baby brother, my bestest friend, was diagnosed with cancer. It was a complete shock and incredibly upsetting for all of us. I’m sure it will come as a shock to most of you too, but I am in awe of how stoic and positive he has been since finding out. He’s the bravest person I know, and he has the huge support of his family and close friends to help him get through this, and we have God by our side.
Due to the nature of the cancer, and the chemotherapy that he’ll undergo, his immune system will be very weak, and he’ll be more at risk to illnesses and obviously COVID; therefore, it’s very unlikely he’ll be able to see friends and far-family for a while, but we encourage supportive messages, video calls and communication over games consoles because he’s usually very sociable and it’s important to him that people stay in touch.

At a later date we’ll set up a fundraiser of some sort to aid him and our family through all of this, and to make the most out of life after treatment.

Please don’t be afraid to send him a message with your love and support, it won’t go unappreciated. Also, feel free to share this as I’m aware that I don’t have many of his friends on social media.
Finally, I want to extend my love to all of you that will be affected by this. I know it will be a surprise because of how fit and healthy he has always been, and how passionate he is about rugby and how well he’s doing at Exeter, playing for Chiefs; but it just goes to show that things like this can happen to literally anyone, so never ever take a single day for granted, and hug your loved ones❤️
