Dean Pegg, best known to his friends as Deano, has been given the worst news he could ever have imagined.

A few weeks ago he had what the doctors believed to be gallstones and was admitted to have his gallbladder removed. During the operation the doctor identified what he believed to be an infection and the operation was aborted. After a biopsy and a few tests, Deano was told he had cancer. The doctor informed him that it was a rare form of cancer in his liver, ribs and bile ducts. The worst possible news followed when Deano was informed that the cancer was terminal.

Deano has always been the life and soul of any party and is a keen Leicester City football fan. Despite enjoying a great social life he is a real family man who would do anything for his family. He has a fantastic wife, beautiful daughter and two grand children he adores.

Since his diagnosis his daughter has decided to get married early next year. As a very proud father Dean can’t wait to walk his daughter down the aisle.

Anyone that has met Deano is unlikely to ever forget him. He is an amazing family man, a great friend and an absolute legend.

We would love nothing more than to change his diagnosis, but sadly we aren’t able to do that. We can however make his and his family’s life the best it can be by giving them a few pounds to enable them to create as many happy memories as possible.

Dean is a proud man and would never ask for help, but in his hour of need we would be very grateful for any donation you can afford.
