Can you help to fund this community event, celebrating the talent, culture and diversity of our neighbourhood The Forest Gate Festival will only happen if we, the community, support it. The council used to give us a grant, but with all the cuts, that is no longer possible. This will be the 19th annual event - taking place on a summer Saturday every year since 2000. Osborne Road is closed to traffic for the day and filled with craft stalls, food, street entertainment, drumming, dancing, hula-hooping and thousands of people, young and old, from diverse backgrounds and origins, having fun together.
