We are raising £750 for a community project.

We are Forever Fitness. We teach chair based exercise classes and Pilates in Epsom and Worcester Park.

We are raising money to donate twiddle blankets and twiddle muffs handmade by Jane & Joan The Crafty Nana’s, to care homes and hospitals in our area for those people living with dementia, Alzheimer’s and autism.

On Saturday, August 30th, we will be participating in a cycling spin session at VFit Ewell Village from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM to raise funds for this remarkable cause.
