We hope you've already noticed that our volunteers have been out and that the Christmas Lights are up in Forres . Due to the ongoing Covid19 restrictions we will not be having an official "switch-on" this year. This means the fundraising we normally do on the day will not happen - so, with your help, by donating here we can make Forres even brighter next year by repairing and replacing our old, damaged and faulty lights.

Our team of volunteers try to repair and keep the lights going for as long as possible, however, it comes to a point that they inevitably need replacing. The small lights (front of shops and lamp posts) cost between £300 & £400 each with the bigger ones on the side of the buildings ranging from £800 upwards. The money we raise means we can purchase new lights and replace some of the older ones which are at the end of their life.
