I'm raising £500 for PTBM Ltd a Mental Health support company.

From my own personal experience with my own struggles in life physically and mentally, PTBM have helped support me in more ways than one.

I am doing a sky dive to help raise money for PTBM to give others the support i receive. I can't believe i am going to do this as I'm afraid of flying and heights, i am pushing myself to concur my fears, something i thought i would never do, but with the help of PTBM
