I am a Year 13 student currently studying my A levels and planning to go to University to study sports and exercise science next year. Having completed all the ten tors events and then continuing to volunteer as a member of the support staff this has lead me to decide to apply, be interviewed for and accepted to take part in an 3 week expedition to the Canadian Yukon. This expedition will involve a trek exploring the Yukon’s spectacular mountains, rivers, lakes and valleys we will scale rocky peaks and explore remote valleys and reach out from base camp to complete scientific field work, media projects and look for the evidence of wildlife as we track moose, elk and caribou.
