Abbeyfield Tamar House have set a challenge....

At Tamar House the well-being of the staff is paramount to ensure they can provide all of our residents with the best level of care.

All of the staff are working together to walk 50 miles each over the next 4 weeks.

We want to stay fit, healthy and focused through this very difficult time we are going through. As you all know this is a really difficult time for us all but we are working together to make sure we support each other. We look after each other as one big 'family'. The team at Tamar House are very competitive and we have no doubt that each member of staff will meet their target!

We are raising money to start working on our indoor bar for the residents in the home.

The residents want nothing more then to have their own bar in their own home. At Tamar House the resident love to have their own little tipple!
