I've raised £800 to support Carriacou Animal Hospital in the Caribbean, which is a non-profit organisation that runs from volunteers and donations.

In April 2018, Zoe Speck RVN Cert VNECC and Francesca Nastrucci (soon to be RVN) are travelling to the Caribbean to volunteer as veterinary nurses at Carriacou Animal Hospital, which is a non-profit hospital situated in Carriacou (an island off of Grenada). CAH relies solely on vets/nurses volunteering and donations from fundraising. CAH provides basic and preventative health care, spays/neuters, flea/tick treatment, health examinations, medical treatment and general surgery.
Your donations will help provide the hospital with essential medical supplies and give the animals on the island access to medical interventions. As veterinary nurses, this is a cause very close to Zoe and Francesca's heart and thus any donations no matter how small or large will be a huge help.
Please check out the hospital if you would like further information at : http://www.carriacouanimalclinic.com/about-cah.html
