Following the death of the much loved footballer Frank Worthington , many friends , former team mates and fans have been keen to support a charity in his name .This Just Giving page has been set up to raise money for Dementia charities and and to help Franks widow Carol, who will face financial hardship as she tries to re-build her life . Frank was suffering with advanced Dementia for the last 5 years of his life and was cared for at home by Carol with the support of carers .This was his wish .Donations from this page will go to help Dementia charities and ten percent of funds to Carol to help support her into the future
