A few months ago we all lost Marc Rhoddan. Anybody who knew Marc knows how much he was loved and how he had the most infectious personality. The community was devastated when we lost him to suicide as in too many occasions the brightest smile hides the deepest pain. Marc has inspired me to run the Stirling Marathon in his memory to raise funds for Brothers in Arms charity. I certainly am by no means a marathon runner but I'm going to work as hard as I can to raise as much awareness and funds as possible.

Brothers in Arms is Scotland's first men's mental health charity, which is aimed at providing info, support and advice to men of any age, who are down or in crisis and dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.

I hope everyone who reads this can contribute something because it's very close to my heart and would mean so much to me.
