As some of you people that know me, know I'm not the most healthiest or most active person in the world.

Well I have decided I'm going to change all that and probablyou take on the biggest challenge I have ever done by taking on the Sheffield Half Marathon in April.

This charity I have been involved with for quite a few years and my family are all involved aswell. We help some of the most rural village's in the Gambia get the most vital supplies and also encourage Self Sufficieny within the village itself.

I know some of you are rlprobably thinking Freddie will never manage this, but I have set myself a massive challenge and won't give up this time. Whatever you can spare to donate with make a massive difference I am looking to raise as much money as possible as whatever raised with help the charity massively.
