Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised
We are a new and exciting project based in the UK and Northern Ireland, currently raising funds to help us film, edit and produce a 30-40 minute documentary film for children and teenagers currently at school.
We will then put the film together with a short Q&A, activities and competitions at schools across the country. When successful we hope to take on volunteers around the UK and possibly further who can take this project into schools.
The film will carefully and tastefully highlight the differences between living in captivity and how life should be in the wild. To do this we need to be able to film and produce parts of the film by travelling and interviewing professionals, marine biologists and other activists.
The rest of the film will rely on help from organisations who can provide footage.
This funding page will allow us to buy a low budget camera, lenses and other accessories suitable for filming.
