As many of you will know from TikTok Sarah and I took in rescue dog, Freya.

She’s had a rough life - she was found in a cage and fed once every two days, and then was in kennels for 3 years. We really wanted to offer her the chance to have a quiet life with us both, and we’ve loved her ever since we met her.

She found her forever home with us a couple of months ago and has thrived in her new environment - she’s such a happy girl!

Two weeks ago Freya started vomiting - multiple occasions over a few days. We took her to the vets, got her some medication, and despite her vomiting stopping, we just felt that something wasn’t quite right.

We decided to get her an X-ray and ultrasound which identified that her spleen is 3 times the normal size which is really alarming, and that there may be something happening with her intestines.

We are now facing surgical procedures that will cost at least £2000 and that’s before any possible further treatment needed.

Any money donated will go towards Freya’s treatment and, if there is a surplus, this will be donated to Rescue Remedies dog rescue centre in Gatwick where Freya was looked after for 3 years.
