Story
Freya Elizabeth Shields was born 10/01/18 at 2.01pm and died 83 minutes after.We knew our time would be short with her but we could not have imagined the wonderful memories we could make in such a short time, supported by so many wonderful people!Memories to cherish forever!
Donations kindly received will be divided between all the wonderful charities and teams who have helped us through the last few months, and who will continue helping us moving forward. We have been so privileged and humbled by the support available, and the services offered and can only hope that other families facing the same difficult circumstances that we have faced, have the same opportunities to remember their child.

6 years agoUPDATE:the hospice (CHAS) were out collecting their share of the donations today...they were delighted and really humbled by the kindness shown to them, to us and to Freya!! We have made some other donations to the charities we chose and I am waiting to hear back from the hospital about how the money is going to be spent to benefit other bereaved families there. It has been a difficult but extremely rewarding week being able to pay back in Freya's memory! Much love to you all.. once it is all finalised, I will update you again!! xxxxxx

Our total goes further than the total that is on the page, and we are currently in the process of deciding how to use all the donations with the charities below.
