I've raised £3000 to help me move out of an unhealthy rented environment.

For the last 5 years, I have been living in a gradually deteriorating property. Prior to this, I was in an emergency situation as I was homeless, and thus when I was offered this accommodation, I took it out of necessity.
Since living here, the issues within the property became apparent and have deteriorated to a stage where my physical and mental health has been affected. I have appealed to my landlord over the course of my tenancy to address these issues to no avail.
To list some of the major issues (see pictures below) :
⦁ Water seeping through the walls and floor.
⦁ Poor ventilation
⦁ No heating ( I suffer from Raynaud's disease)
⦁ Mould everywhere (I have congenital respiratory problems)
⦁ Structural damage (rotting skirting and water damage)
These are only a few examples.
Following a burst pipe in the building's attic, 3 years ago, my landlord has failed to do the repairs following the flood this caused.
I feel trapped in this place, I have no source of income here. I can't get a job because the local businesses only hire people who are fluent in the predominant language which I am not, despite my best efforts to learn. This severely limits my job options and I am trapped here with only the small amount of Government assistance available to me, which is barely enough for me to live. I have also been isolated from friends and family for the last 6 years because of my current situation.
It is either I continue to struggle in this place that is full of mould, where hardly anything works, or living on the street. I have no other options as long as I continue to live here; I need a way out.
The funds will go towards transportation of myself and my belongings and securing tenancy at the new location.
If this goal is reached, I will be able to move to more suitable accommodation in a city where I can finally find work. I will be able to see my long-term friends who have been my only support. My mental and physical health would greatly improve with this change in my life.
