    Story

Supporters of the Birmingham branch of the Revolutionary Communist Group are raising money this month for local anti-racist, anti-war and anti-cuts campaigning.

We're building a movement on the streets of Birmingham working to challenge problems like state racism, social housing and brutal public service cuts. We want to continue to talk to working people in Birmingham and support their campaigns for justice. As crisis deepens the urgency of challenging attacks on the working class increases.

With the funds we generously received last year we've been able to expand our work, we went to Yarl's Wood Immigration Prison to show our solidarity with detainees inside and held a successful protest in Birmingham centre to show our support for hunger strikers in the prison. We started holding our regular public educational meetings where we discuss and learn about revolutionary politics together. We've also been able to research and publish articles in Fight Racism! Fight Imperialism! about local issues like council spending cuts, the bin worker's strike and asylum housing.

With your support we can keep struggling for a better Birmingham and a better world. We need to purchase materials to make our street presence more dynamic and organise more public events.

If you're sick of public sector cuts, state racism and imperialist plunder of other nations then we're with you, and we need your support.
