Since 2009, The Tom Easton Flavasum Trust has worked in engaging with schools and communities to bring about a shift in the attitudes and understanding of knife-crime, its sources and its effects.
Working predominantly in youth projects, raising awareness, through interactive educational drama, music, debate and theatre workshops, the impact of the Trust's work has been rewarding and tangible. By engaging young minds and promoting individual and collective understanding of the issues around knife-crime, as well as collaborating with various organisations, centres and the Police, The Trust has done and continues to do great work around anti-knife crime education, with a view to continually reduce the tragedy that stems from knife-crime.
We'll be doing the Three Peaks Challenge 27th - 28th May 2023, to raise money for this brilliant cause.
The National Three Peaks Challenge is an event in which participants attempt to climb the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon - within 24 hours.
