What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
Two unused, dilapidated tennis courts will be transformed into a floodlit multi use games area with outdoor gym equipment, table tennis, tennis and Street Snooker free to all to use 352 days of the year and evenings. It will offer a range of sporting/recreational activities of benefit to all age groups from 5-95 otherwise only available by car or an infrequent bus service. Local clubs will be able to have dedicated training sessions without incurring travel & hire costs.

I am a Kings Walden parish councillor and am married with 2 grown up children who grew up and went to school in the area. I was tasked with organising the refurbishment of 2 tennis derelict unused tennis courts. This project, with major funding secured, is now on its way.
