Friends of Steve Aston Community Fund is a group set up in memory of gypsy jazz musician Steve Aston, to ensure his legacy continues. Because he loved to walk, we are going to walk between two of the places that were dear to his heart.

To add to our funds we will be doing a sponsored walk from Windsor to Brighton. This is a 60 mile route. The walk will take place over two days: June 13th and 14th 2020.

Members of the group will walk the full route over both days, or half the route over either one of the days. There will also be a Glynde to Brighton walk on the 14th only; this group will meet with the main group in Brighton.

Our group's aims:

To help musicians reach their goals by providing grants towards their learning

To raise awareness of mental health issues that can affect musicians, and of where to turn in times of crisis

Too many take their own lives or fall by the wayside through lack of funds. Please help us to help them, in Steve's name.
