Lydiate Abbey is a place full of history, beauty, and community spirit — but it urgently needs our help, but the site is facing increasing deterioration, with crumbling buttresses and loose stones and an entrance that often becomes an uneven quagmire, and not exactly welcoming.

To secure the Abbey’s future, we must raise funds for essential surveys, repairs, and improvements. These steps are vital if we are to qualify for larger grants and safeguard this much‑loved landmark for generations to come.
