I'm raising £1,200 for a care leaver/young people project

My name is Chloe, I am a care experienced young person from Leeds. I have started my own workshop to help care leavers transition into independent living. This is a huge gap that’s needed to be filled for a long time now and I my self are the one to do it.

£1200 can get 100 care leavers a care package of essential cleaning/self-care/well being items for when moving into their first homes.

£2400 can get 200 care leavers a care package of essential cleaning/self-care/well being items for when moving into their first homes!

The funds will just keep rolling to get more and more care packages for those who need it!
