Story

Frontline healthcare staff are in urgent, immediate need of additional PPE during the COVID-19 crisis. Using 3D printing technology, I am able to produce facesheilds to help protect our NHS staff and volunteers working in environments where droplets are present.

The demand I have received for these overnight is staggering and in order to produce as many as possible more materials are required. As an immediate response, I hope to be able to produce and donate as many face shields as possible, in a short amount of time, in order to get these to the people that need them most, until hopefully mainstream industry is able to meet the demand.

Should the volume of materials become too great for the amount of printers, additional hardware will be acquired in order to upscale and produce these faster and in greater volume, getting them into the hands of the NHS workers and volunteers in desperate need of them.

These are tough times and money is very tight but if there is anything you are able donate in order to help protect the amazing teams working to fight this virus, please give anything that you can.

Thank you
