I've raised £800 to be split between Dreams Come True and Mia Mays Movement.

Fujitsu and Softcat PLC have joined forces to participate in the Tough Mudder Challenge, on Saturday the 13th of April 2019. We will be raising money for both Dreams Come True and Mia Mays Movement. Any funding raised will be split equally between both causes.
Mia Mays Movement is a cause extremely close to the team at Fujitsu hearts. Mia McDonald, the daughter of Nick McDonald (Fujitsu employee) was born on 31st July 2014 and at about 10 months old was diagnosed with a severe visual impairment. At first this was thought to be her only condition but unfortunately this is not the case. MRI scans at Great Ormond Street Hospital have revealed that Mia’s brain is not developing as it should and Mia is still unable to walk, talk or do any of the other things a 4 year old should be able to do. After three years of testing and involvement in a genetic study unfortunately news has come back that her condition remains unknown. Any funding raised will be to support Mia in her ongoing physio, hydrotherapy and equipment needed to help her fulfil her dream of being able to walk.
Dreams Come True are a UK children's charity. Their mission is quite simply to enrich the lives of children and young people with serious and life-limiting conditions across the country. Softcat have been supporting Dreams Come True since 2012 and in that time they have raised an incredible £1.2 million and fulfilled dreams for over 500 children and young people.
Please support us in raising money for these 2 worthwhile causes!
Thank you!
