As many of you know Ness has sadly recently lost her beloved partner Simon to cancer. Simons cancer spread very quickly and his dying wish was to continue with his plans to move to the UK to be with her and her children and to die at their home with Ness by his side. Ness immediately funded everything needed to ship Simon, his animals and a few belongings to the UK as Simon didn't have much time left to be well enough to travel. Ness also paid for all of Simons medical equipment and his living costs and has now also had to pay his entire funeral by herself leaving her with five thousand pounds of debt that means she now cannot afford to pay the bedroom tax and remain in her family home and also now doesnt have the funds to move. I am sure you will all agree that this is very unfair and that Simon would be devastated to have left the woman he adored in such a financial mess when she is heartbroken beyond belief at losing him after all the plans they had made for the future. Not only has Ness taken all these costs on alone but has also taken on Simons animals resulting in vets and food bills that she wasn't anticipating. Ness has at no point asked for help with any of this and has been struggling to cope alone throughout this horrible time and we all know that Simon would want us all to help her as best we can after all the amazing care, support and love that she provided to make his last days as comfortable and happy as she possibly could.
