This is not an easy piece to write and I’m sure it will not be easy to read either. Please treat the following information with the extreme sensitivity that it deserves.

Izzie was diagnosed with cancer in May 2018, aged 7. Since then she and her family have faced an incredible rollercoaster of hospital visits, operations and chemotherapy treatments.

People’s kindness and generosity have already been a huge source of support for which their family are all massively grateful. Izzie has kept herself busy during this last year focusing on the future and how she would like to spend her time when she isn’t in hospital and is feeling well.

Whilst it was hoped that Izzie would be well on the way to recovering from this ordeal by now, the extreme treatment she has undergone has sadly not had the desired outcome. Recently Izzie’s illness has been deemed both incurable and aggressive. The team of doctors around the world are working hard to change this and fight for a solution to make this wonderful little girl well again. We all desperately hope that they will succeed.

In the mean time we have set up this page in response to people asking how they can help Izzie and her family at this time. While Izzie is out of hospital and well enough to partake in activities we would like to raise as much money as possible to help her and her family to create as many happy and special memories as possible together.

As those of you who know Izzie are aware she is a very bright and adventurous girl who has a long list of things she would love to do. I thought I would share some of them with you so that you know exactly how Izzie would like to spend any money that is raised:

We continue to live in hope for a medical miracle and thank you for taking the time to read this.
