Every week, Funky Voices holds a quiz online, and this week we are going to be doing something a bit special. We are going to be raising money for Colchester Zoo, to help them get back on their feet after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Colchester Zoo and its charity Action for the Wild rely on the income made from annual memberships, ticket sales, secondary spend in our retail and catering outlets as well as animal experiences and donations.

The daily running costs of the zoo is £25,479 plus veterinary care bills and other unexpected expenses. Despite the zoo closure our Animal Care Team are vital to continue to deliver an excellent level of care to all of our animals and operational staff continue to work to provide a first-class service for those who have queries or wish to donate.
