Chiltern Futsal is thrilled to announce that Helena Scotland and Maisie O’Shea have been selected to represent the first-ever England Futsal Women’s Team for the UEFA European Qualifiers for the FIFA Women’s World Cup. This historic milestone marks the inaugural Women’s Futsal World Cup, and our players will be part of this groundbreaking journey. Their first challenge? Moldova in October, where they will compete to help England secure its place on the world stage.

However, England Futsal does not receive funding from the FA, meaning players must personally cover the costs of their training and preparation. Helena and Maisie need your support to help cover the expenses for their intense training and travel to Moldova.

In addition to Helena and Maisie, we also have Mo Delaney from our club who is on standby and ready to be called up if she is needed and Gemma Aldeen who is involved in the wider England programme, aiding the squad in their preparations. Both of these players also need help funding their respective training costs as they prepare for future national duties.

Any money left after covering training and travel costs will go directly towards supporting our new club, which is filled with ambition and big plans for the season ahead.
