I recently lost just over £2500 to a scam that has left my bank account drained and overdrawn. I appealed to the debit card issuer for help, which was denied. Finally, I appealed to the bank, who have also said that they will not do anything to help me recover the stolen money. My last resort, submitting a claim with the UK Financial Ombudsman, will be a months long back and forth, something I cannot afford to wait for in this situation.

This now means I am left with nothing, and no way to pay for my bills, food, car, etc. The bank's decision has left me feeling like I have no other options, and nowhere else to turn.

I do not expect to recover all of the stolen money through this platform, but anything you can do to help, even sharing the link around, is a massive help to me.
