Gateway 4 Women provides a warm, safe and welcoming women-only space for women aged 18+ across Cumbria.

From our centres in Carlisle and Workington, we support women through difficult times, as well as providing opportunities to build confidence, improve wellbeing, connect with others and feel less alone.

Our support includes one-to-one appointments, wellbeing and relationship courses, domestic abuse support programmes, practical support, creative activities and opportunities for women to simply come together in a friendly and supportive environment.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps us continue to be there for women who need us.
