Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
This year will see the first ever U21 European Deaf Football Championships being held in Poland in August. Great Britain will be sending a team to compete in the tournament but to do this we need to raise much needed funds.
Great Britain Deaf Football is a voluntary organisation and all of the staff and players involved are self funding. We have an overall target of £25,000 to raise before the tournament in August so to help us reach this target each player and staff member will be challenged to raise £1,000. This money will go towards the cost of flights, accommodation, travel, facilities, kits etc.
I was appointed as Scout and Assistant Manager for the GB Deaf Football U23 Development Squad last year. I work closely with the Manager, players and other backroom staff and I am responsible for identifying new talent to bring into the squad. I will be travelling to Poland with the U21 team this August and I would really appreciate your support in reaching my £1,000 target.
Any donation you could offer, no matter how large or small, would be much appreciated.

Many thanks for your support.
