The Centre, at the heart of Wanlockhead, is the 6th checkpoint on the Race Across Scotland and provides a great facility, that serves the local and wider community. The Centre aims to provide a safe space for individuals and groups to enrich their lives.

On the 9th August 2025, with a 100 hour cut off, I’ll be taking on the Race Across Scotland, to raise funds to help the centre team continue their great work. I’ll be running the 215 miles of this continuous race, along the Southern Upland Way, and covering 28,000 feet of elevation.
