I've raised £500 to buy equipment to promote lifelong enjoyment of sport and fitness of children at Tumble and Cross Hands Schools.

Gareth has entered this year’s IRONMAN Wales, which takes place on September 9th in Tenby. The event requires athletes to swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles followed by a 26.2 mile run. Not only is it a test of fitness, but also of motivation, dedication and character.
As fitness and sport have always played an important role in his life, Gareth appreciates the importance these have, not only for a healthy body, but healthy mind too.
He would like to raise funds for two local schools, Tumble, to which our daughter Anya attends, and Cross Hands, at which I teach. The funds raised will go towards purchasing PE equipment which will encourage children to enjoy physical activity. Gareth’s funds will be split equally amongst the schools and additionally, the two schools will independantly arrange an IRONKIDS event which will contribute towards each school‘s equipment.
Please support this fund, whether linked to these schools or not as your support will be a great motivator for Gareth whilst training to complete this heroic event. Many thanks.
