Race all done - Thank you so much to everyone who sponsored me - I'm just waiting on my official time. I found this run really tough but loved having Sonny ride his bike with me on the last leg, even if he did complain that his legs were burning from the cycling 🙄

First run in a long while & a reminder that nothing makes running easier other than more running! I'm out of practice & my legs know it. Slightly alarmed that I'll be running double today's route next weekend for the club. As I ran in, the boys ran out for Wednesday sparring class. Sonny still so bouncy after his long day that he gets to do his favourite thing tonight. He'll come home pink cheeked and full of fun. After a quick run down of every move & every instruction we'll chuck him in bed.....don't think I'll be long after!
