Story
On 23rd of September, I will be taking part in a half Iron Man triathlon. This consists of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and a 13.1 mile run. I am doing this to raise money for the Neonatal Unit at East Surrey Hospital.
My daughter Lexie, was born 12 weeks premature, weighing just 2.5lbs. She spent 9 weeks and 1 day in hospital. 8 weeks and 1 day were in the NICU at East Surrey hospital. The doctors and nurses were amazing and really did save her life, and are the reason we have her here with us today. Every penny helps and the NICU do such an important job every day, giving porrly babies the best start.
If you can spare anything at all, it would be greatly appreciated.
