For those of you that have had the pleasure of having David Nicholes in your lives, this is for you, and for those of you haven't you just have to trust me.

David is very unwell, he's doing what he does best, smiling and being positive, but I can tell he is hurting. I have been with David these last few days and he needs our help no matter how big or small that is.

Any contributions will be gratefully received and put to great use to keep David as comfortable as we possible can, no money will be wasted.
